I just wanted to take a moment to address your comments about our company. We market products that cover a variety of areas, aimed at helping clients with finding a grant that fits their needs, the grant writing process, applying for SBA loans, etc.

There are no commitments with the free product, only the shipping and handling charge. There is a bonus free trial period to the website membership that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation/thank you email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not charge anyone that cancels during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends. The address you are talking about is clearly printed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer. I'm sorry if you missed that when you were reviewing the information.

We do send a confirmation email to each and every customer that orders products from us to the email address that is provided by the customer and all CD's are mailed within a couple of business days of receiving the order.
