Grant Research Guide - New Grant Stealing money from my bank account after cancelling twice!! Las Vegas Nevada

I got a phone call one night at home asking if I was interested in receiving the CD-ROM for $1.95 for shipping. I declined at first and finally gave in (that's where it all went wrong) I figured what's $1.95, right? Well that $1.95 has now turned into $100.95.

I have called the number I was given when I gave in, which was 888-276-8105 to receive an answering machine, so I left a message to cancel my account with my name, phone number and confirmation number I was given to get the CD. I never heard back from them. I also called the number that showed up with the first charge on my bank account, which was 866-546-0922 which is not a working number anymore. Today October 28, 2008 I received another charge from them on which my bank called me about and gave me yet another number to reach them which is 866-354-5541 and is going to help me with disputing the charges. When I called that number it was another answering machine so I tried to get through to a grant writer. That was another voicemail box which was conveniently full. I have also sent them an email stating that I expected the money beck that they have stolen from me or I would be pressing charges against them (somehow).

It appears this company ropes you in with the $1.95 CD that you don't even need because all it does is take you to the website that they give you on the phone. Then they don't give you any way to get in contact with someone for help or to cancel the account. Therefore I consider it stealing from me and times are to hard right now for someone to be stealing from me.

This website gives you a list of grants that you can apply for, but they are so legalized that you have no idea which one to look for for what you would like to apply for. I tried the help section and all it tells you is that they assume you know what you are doing they are only there to help you write/apply for the grant. And when I tried to contact them for help on how to know which grant to choose via email I never got a response to that either.
