Steve And Judy ripoff dishonest fraudulant billing Newton New Jersey

My wife and I bought a 1997 Ford escort wagon from GDOW, being the fact they offered 0% interest and I could not find a buy here-pay here in my area and we were desperate for second car, well car ran good for first 2 months, then the transmission went on car. Steve was nice enough to allow us to get another car a 1997 escort.

We always made our payments on time, we had them auto charge to our debit card. The car was running OK, it had about 90,000 miles, I changed oil every 3,000 miles and did tune up to car, however soon afterward the engine died on the car, the compression was the problem. So I said enough of this let's trade it in and bought a 2002 Pontiac Montana.

We found a reputable dealer in our area, they gave me a more than adequate amount for the trade, since the escort was going to junkyard anyway.

So, Steve wanted to be sure he got his ontime device back, even though our new dealership owns the rights to it, i said whatever it is now between the new car dealership and GDOW. Steve called me afterward stating that because the new dealership had yet to send them the check to cover the escort that my credit was in default, I explained that the dealership would send them the check ASAP.

I called Steve on October 13, to be sure he received the check for $1799.00. He advised he did. Prior to this once car was in possesion of the new dealership, I called GDOW explained to Steve that no more money was to be drawn out of the account, he agreed. I then proceed to check my bank statement on October 13, and what do I notice.. $100 taken out of the account after the fact. My payments were only $50/week. I tried calling my credit union, but they cannot put block on this being it is debit/atm card. I will inquire back with Steve to be sure that th $100 will be put back in the account. I wil never do business with this dealership again!
