Green Dot Corp. Took 400.00 dollars and Said nothing they could do but keep my 400.00 Monrovia California

I bought two 200 dollar reload cards at CVS.I called to have them loaded and they were already loaded to some one elses account. I explained not possible i bought them and have proof. I was told to mail that in along with my state id. I faxed both severl times. 27 days later i was told that My documentaion was altered and fake and they are keeping my 400.00 dollars and that there is nothiing i can do nor they. they closed my account only after they charged me for the month and other fees befor sending the balance. Then a month or two later i got the balance minus my 400.00. they froze my account and charged me for it on top of keeping my 400.00.
