Green Tree Servicing - Conseco cheating people everyway they can think of St Paul Minnesota

Greentree is the only company I know that refuses to pick up the home. I asked them back in March to come and get the trailer home because I was unable to pay for it (actually I was tired of the haressing phone calls) They told me they could not get it that I had to rent it out or sale it.

Then the guy informed me that if they got it they would sell it for a dollar, charge me storage fees and get a judgment on me, and if I tried to go bankrupt they would just come back in 10 years and get the money from me than (which I know isn't true). In April we told them we still can't pay it and that we are going bankrupt for them to please come get the trailer because we live in another state and can't watch it to make sure it isn't broke into. Still tried to get money out of me and wouldn't come get it.

So I just stopped answering the phone to them. It is now Sept. and they are now sueing me for money judgment I want more than I finance the thing for 3 years ago and they also want to charge me $9.27 a day until it is paid even after they get the judgment, but what gets me and they are saying we won't let them have the trailer home and they are sueing us for that too and their lawyer fees. That's not all they are sueing my father also and his name is no where on the contract or the land that the trailer house is sitting on.

The last thing I wanted to do was go bankrupt but it seems to be the only way I can get Greentree to stop calling me and just leave me alone. They are still currently calling me trying to get me to pay the monthly payments. What makes me mad about all of this is they sold me a trailer with mold in it and wanted me to pawn it off on someone else. They might rip people off but I don't.
