Green Tree Servicing - Conseco ripoff Tempe Arizona

Conseco filed liens on lots that I had sold year before loan my house and lots and then Greentree bought tried to get them to release the lots they tried to make me pay for it just like consec did in August this year I found out they had release them with not a word to me nor did they mail me a copy made a deal last year to buy them back at 100 a mo. if I had known about the release I would not.

I have had hell with Green Tree Servicing,. F/K/A/ Conseco Finence Corp. but I have them on the run now, the weak link to green tree's chain is in their title I could help, but you can find it just like I did. (hint) what does F/K/A mean? it means they want you and the courts to believe that they changed their name, but you know that they purchased the assets of CFC in a bankrupcy auction sale, remember this and go to your state ucc code look up holder in due course and read, read, & reread its there, I have seen 4 lawyers and not a one of them knew this, I knew that they was claiming this for a reason and it is they are decieving the public and the courts.

take the copy of your PN to a bank and get them to run the payoff sheet and you will know the payoff each month get a payoff statement from this month next month and you will find the last one is higher now check them against your sheet, you will see the rip-off.

They can be beat for they can not provide proof of claim and they Do Not have the origial PN for Conseco had already sold it.

also know this GTS is a Debt Collector and is licenced in some state not all states require this, but they are still DC.
