I placed an order (#64263) on September 16, have received no emails after the purchase confirmation, and have not received my order. I have sent multiple messages through the site's contact form and have received no response. I attempted to leave a message, but was unable to do so as the inbox was full.

It appears I may never get my order or my money back. A shame, I ordered from them several months ago, and had no problem.
