I ordered more than $100 worth of products from this online store, but never received my products. According to the website, items should arrive 7-10 business days... Well, it's been a month and I have yet to receive my order. I tried contacting the company, but they do not respond to their emails, and the phone number does not work! 

I warn those who would like to order from this website! You may pay less for your products, but you will never receive them. There are much more reliable websites out there that sell same quality/price so do not go with condomman.com!! They are a fraud! I wish I had googled their name and looked at the reviews prior to ordering from them, because there are tons of people who have had similar issues. Either product delivered was not the correct item, or they simply never received their order. 

Condomman.com also goes by the name Green Web Properties so if you ever want to order from them, think twice and save yourself the hassle! I don't know who to go to at this point to get my money reimbursed back to me. Better Business Bureau gives them an F so be careful!

Condomman says my package was lost in the mail? REALLY?!

So Mr. Condomman above states my package was lost in the mail! 7-10 day shipment turned into 1 month. NOT acceptable! If my package was lost, it should have been more of a reason for your company to OVERNIGHT the shipment just to keep your client happy. 


Second, what accounts for the wrong shipment of products? I ordered an assortment of flavored condoms and did not receive such items. So not only did they (condomman) send the wrong items, they were late on shipment by 1 month!!! 

NOT ACCEPTABLE! Condomman's services are deplorable and sub-par! This is not how a company should be run! 

AND, what accounts for the following list of other individuals who have had the SAME exact experience as I've had? Did their package also get lost in the mail? Again, NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I find it very strange that an employee of Condom Man has all the time in the world to be on Rip Off Report defending the company when no one over there can reply to emails or answer the phone!! Maybe that's why your customer service is lacking. Pay attention to your emails and you wouldn't have to be on here defending your lousy service. I've also had a problem contacting the company and receiving my order (or any confirmation of shipment).

I want to apologize vehemently that your experience with our company was unsatisfactory and caused you grief. That is the last thing we want to do. Our goal is to provide excellent service for every customer, and we clearly failed in this regard. 

In looking up your order, I see that the order was initially lost in transit, and then reshipped on the 22nd. The USPS Priority tracking # shows delivery on the 24th. I believe our biggest problem with this order was communication. We should have been quicker to notify you that there was a problem with the first shipment, and quicker to notify you of the tracking # for the second shipment. 

Again I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this order, please contact me directly if there's anything I can do to make up for it.
