I placed an order (#64263) nearly a month ago and have received no email after the order confirmation. I tried using the contact form on the website twice, but received no response. I then attempted to call, but the voicemail box was full and I could not leave a message.

It seems I will never receive my order or a refund. A shame, because I ordered several months ago and had no problems.
