GreenTree Servicing Will not report payment history to credit agencies due to old discharged bankruptcy Rapid CIty, South Dakota

Greentree will not report mortgage payment history to any credit agencies because of an old discharged chapter 7 bankruptcy.  My home was never included in the bankruptcy.  I still live in the damned thing at a rate of 11.75 % interest rate aquired in 1994.  I am one month ahead on payments, even though my husband died in 2000.  The customer service rep claims they don't report any payments to Credit agencies because of the bankruptcy.  Where does this leave me if I should choose to sell this mobile home?  Hard to get a new home loan if you have been making payments on something for over 18 years and there is no damned credit history on your side.I have less than 2 years left to pay on this thing and I am so mad, I feel like walking away from it and let someone else deal with it.   I have it on 3/4 acre land that is almost paid off.  Might just pay of the land and get the hell out.  If there is anyone else out there having the same problem, would sure like to know about it.
