Guzu Stole my phone and won't pay me for it Deer Field New York

I sent this company my iphone 6 in the middle of November. They contacted me almost immediately to let me know that the phone was still connected to my icloud. I went back and forth with them and they were VERY responsive to me as I was trying to get the phone off of my icloud account. As soon as the phone was removed from my icloud I received an email from Guzu stating that the original quoted amount of $170 would be paid out to me. That was on December 6, 2016. I still have not received this check. I have called, the phone just rings. I have sent email after email, nobody will respond.

I have fully been ripped off by this "company". I used them in 2012 and received my check the week after I sent my phone. Not this time. It's salt in the wound that they totally conned me because they answered my first emails concerning the icloud account immediately. As soon as the phone was unassociated with me, they dissappeared. I hope the owner has crawled back to the hole from whence he came and I really really hope something terrible happens to him for being so incredibly dishonest.
