If you are looking for a great car buying experience then go somewhere else. If you want great communication before the sale, a lot of empty promises and lies, then go to Gwinnett Mitsubishi, Gwinnett Suzuki, or any of the other Gravity Autos dealerships (there are 7). This adventure began when I purchased my wife (who has cancer) a car about 4 weeks ago. My salesman (Von St Fleur) was full of communication and knowledge. Other than showing up late to work (after I drove 2.5 hours) the day I picked the car up he was wonderful. I arrived to a dirty car that had not been washed or made ready for pick-up. Von and myself discussed warranty information when he informed me that I would be getting (purchasing) a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that would cover "everything". I was also told the same thing by the finance manger, Ricardo. One week later, I had to take the car in for service because a lot of lights came on the dash. After taking the car to BMW service, I was told that there was a bad sensor and battery. The dealer called the warranty company and they informed them that the warranty did not cover these items and that the warranty had not even been processed as of that time. I contacted Von and he informed me that everything IS covered and he would find out what was going on. After a lot of time waiting he said that he spoke with management and to send the invoice that I had paid and that they would send me a check. So, 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for the check and every time I contact Von I get the same responses of "I will check with management" "I will check with accounting" and "don't worry, I got you covered". To summarize: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR CAR OR DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPECTATIONS OF HONESTY, COMMUNICATION, OR INTEGRITY. Because you will not get it here from sales or management.

This is an update to my original report. I have yet to receive the reimbursement check from this dealer. Now, I have received a letter from the warranty company stating that my extended warranty I purchased has been cancelled due to non payment from the dealer. I have made at least 30 calls to the various individuals that are supposed to be in charge and can not get an answer or a call back. So this was the correct site for my review.

If you do not work for this dealer nor have any knowledge of the situation, why are you commenting?

First of all, it was an extreme pleasure reading a submission here which was very well written! Far too many people post things here which seem to be coming from a first grader with no punctuation, run-on sentences and total lack of basic grammar. It is refreshing to read yours! For future reference, please beware, used BMW's are well known money pits. Hopefully you purchased a great warranty!

I have no doubt you have several valid complaints.
Just one point, Most dealers, including the one I work at, Often take 6 weeks including snail mail time to get a cheque to a customer.
That is the only thing I can point to in your report that might be little over done.
And no I don't work for this dealer.
