My wife ordered a remote control helicopter from company, received product one week later. She followed charging instructions, turned on product, it flew for a few minutes, then came down on carpet, started smoking then caught on fire. Tried contacting company for a defective product return merchandise number via e-mail at return@sevendeals.com.

Company will not respond, after multiple attempts.
(her frustration has peaked)

No toll free phone number or customer service phone number available.

Will now contact our credit card company and dispute the $50.00 charge.
What a Hassle. Will never order from this site again.
