This is the 2nd time my husband has received this from Hankook and he is fed up. He gave them all the information about his purchase and all other details they wanted and they still won't honor his request.

We are having a hard time and would really like some help. His father has died recently and he is stressed over all this so hence my help as a loving wife.

Time Frame...

There is normally a time frame in which to submit a rebate. Unfortunatly if your husband has tried to get a rebate AFTER the listed time frame on the rebate then there is NOTHING that can be done for him. A day late as it were. You can try to contact the rebate COMPANY not the manufacturer. But if he is late they WILL NOT BUDGE!!! The manufacturer MUST go through a third party and that third party is the responsible party.
