Harris Research is a fraud. If you see a chem-dry demo at a homedepot store ask to feel the carpet they just cleaned. It will feel oily, why they use vegtable oil to suspend the dirt. Pretty good trick until you feel the carpet.

If the natural is safe and non-toxic why do you need msds and why does it eat brass. doesnt sound natural to me.

chem-drys truckmount cts-450 or 330 they claim they dont use steam but the solution at machine 230 degrees 212 is steam. So their claim healthy clean without the steam is a lie. I have their portable the powerbase it also makes steam.

They use a modified rx-20, the skid is different but you can buy banana gliders which are similiar thats why harris is suing them. They claim its new technology someone should tell them rx-20 has been around for over 20 years.. what dopes

They make franchises buy tile and grout cleaning equipment that they dont need. Hydramaster makes an attachment for $500.00 but Harris wouldnt make money. So they make them buy spinners for $8,000.00 HA HA

With the green, organic movement i am glad for the name chem-dry CHEM is short for toxic chemicals in carpet.

If you were to buy a franchise do your homework their a ripoff and liers. owners dont use chemdry solutions nor chemdry equipment.

AS far as control of franchises there is no control. Yes I owned a chemdry in 5 years no one took a sample of my solution. So you cannot say there is great control over franchises.

Harris is the big bulli on the block they use bait and switch when i bought my franchise. they broke california corporate law and federal trade commission law. buyers beware.
