Harvard Professional Group HPG's Joseph Scanio's Profane and verbally abusive response! Rip-off! Edison, Mahwah New Jersey

My last phone call from Mr. Scanio of Harvard Professional Group was after I confronted him on the discrepancies between our argreement and the release form I was faxed. His call was filled with profanity and threats. It was frightening at how nasty his language was I hope that the honorable Judge Pincus feels the same way when she hears it!

I was amazed at how upset he was when I pointed out the changes to an agreement that was "his word" and made in front of a witness then later rescinded after a littany of verbal abuse and profanity! Is profanity admissable evidence in court? To all victims seeking retribution block your ears and filter your recorders when taking Joe's calls.
