Haynes Furniture Company Haynes Furniture does back their warranties they sell Beach Virginia

WE bought a complete living room set from Haynes Furniture of Virginia Beach on 4/22/01.

Last year the cushions started to sag on the sofa, so the warranty company (Stainsafe)came out and replaced the cushions. This year the cushions on the sofa and loveseat began to sag so I called the warranty company and they came out again. They told me that the cushions needed to be replaced again and they would be in touch.

When I didn't hear from them for 3 weeks, I called them only to be told that my claim was being denied because they had replaced my cushions once and that was it.
I filed a complaint with the BBB for both the warranty company and Haynes. I also wrote a letter of dispute to the wearranty company and a letter of complaint to Haynes. The BBB called me to tell me that my Haynes complaint was denied because it is only Haynes job to sell the furniture and after that, it is no longer their problem. The warranty company never responded to BBB so that complaint will remain on file. (Big deal, it doesn't fix my furniture.) I paid 89.95 for this warranty and you would think that Haynes would want to stand behind their products. Unfortunately they do not.

They will sell you the warranty and tell you it covers everything but it does not. Word of mouth is the only way to stop these companies from ripping us off. My advice, take your money and shop somewhere that backs their furniture and doesn't have to sell a warranty.
