HCA Power Kristen and a man in customer service They both told me i couldn't cancel until after i received the shipment for $99.90 and i couldn't return it for my money back,which my understanding was i could cancel within 15 days of the original order if i didn't see results and there would be no further shipments and i wouldn't be charged anymore than the $4.95! What a scam i can barrely afford to live and i just paid had to pay a $1000.00 to have my gallbladder removed and now they are going to rip me off for 100.00!!! Chandler Arizona

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They told me i had 15 days to cancel after the first shipment. But when i called them 11 days later and asked them to cancel they said i couldn't until after i received the next shipment for $99.90.
And then they said i couldn't return it and get my money back! What a ripoff when people can barely afford to live!!!!
That was not what i was told on the phone,what a scam!! Someone should be able to stop them.

I was actually very fortunate after i explained i just had my gall bladder removed and my stomach was very sensitive and i couldn't take it right now with my stomach and everything being a mess and i have been hurting just digesting food!
They apologized to me and the manager over Kristen approved to cancel my membership due to medical reasons.
I was very thankful they considered my situation.
