hca power took 99 90 out of my account without my permission mesa az az

i am reporting a rip off from hca power company i ordered a 4.95 bottle and a 19.95 bottle that i never recieved so i  called them and assured me they would resend it i never recieved it tho then  the original order was on march 20th 2014 then on april 4 2014 they took an additional 99.90 off of my card and when i called them to ask them why they told me that i had 15 days to try the product and cancell if i didnt want it  and i told them i knew nothing about that and that i still had not recieved any product from them she said too bad they shipped it  and when i told her i wanted them to put my money back on my card and not to send me anything she said it was to late they had already sent it and that i could not get a refund mind you this is on product i still have not recieved so i dont know if the product works or not please do not order any thing from HCA POWER they are a rip off  their customer service people are very mean and rude i am going to fight this and try to get my money back  i am very upset and dissapointed in this entire situation   sincerly gwenette il
