I received a call from a sale rep for weight loss product.  I'm informed the rep that I was not interested in the product because I did not want my credit card being charged at a later date.  The rep assured me that they did not stored credit card information for late use.  The rep stated that the call was being recorded and for that reason I trusted the rep then I repeated myself by stating that I was not interested in your product because my credit card will be charged later. Once again, the rep stated that my credit card will not be charged at a later date and that my card will only be charged $4.95 for shipping. 

I contacted the customer service desk two days later and I was shocked to find out that everything the sale rep mentioned was a lie. Basically, my card will be charged at a later day and I cannot cancel my "subscription" until I received products that totaled over $99.00, which I'm required to pay as promised. I asked to speak to someone else to review my recordings, but the customer service representative hung the phone up.  Then I called again and I was told the same thing that my credit card will be charged $99.00 then I asked to speak to a manager, but customer service representative refused then I demanded my money back in addition to hear my recording, but the customer service rep hung the phone.

HCA Power is guilty of deceptive marketing and this is the first time, I felt so compelled to make a written statement about company.  Don't buy thier products; the sale reps are liars and they just want your credit card information to charge for later use.
