Healthbuy Santrinico Enterprises stole $75.94 from my bank account in the name of Ultra beauty shop Burbank California

Saw an ad online for an antiaging moisturizing cream called Revitol and for $10.98 decided to order it. Of course it is onef those deals: you have eighteen days to try the product which begins the day you order it. If you do not cancel before eighteen days,  they will automatically charge your account $19.95 and send you more product. This is what my receipt says.

My allegations: they automatically charged my account on day seventeen

when one of their representatives called to sell me more product, I told them to cancel future shipments

They stole $75.94 from my account

When I found another package from them in my P.O.Box, I labeled it  return to sender and threw it back in the box

The company claims they never got the product back, a convenient lie. They state that when the product does come back, they will charge me a $10 restocking fee. I told them my allegations and demanded  money back. The girl claimed she could not do that. I told her that I was reporting the company as an internet scam to the Better Business Bureau and the United States Attorney General. I also told her that when I filed a complaint in small claims court, her company would have to hire an attorney from my city to represent them and end up paying for court costs and the return of my money as I could prove my allegations. I could also prove the call from the company when I cancelled further shipments by producing my itemized phone bill.
