I purchased the 14 day trial of Revitol on 3/14/14.  I tried to call to cancel the service at the number provided on the shipent confirmation email but after waiting for 10-15 minutes, the call will disconnect. On 3/30/14, a transaction appeared on my checking account for $75.94 paid to HBS Health Zone.

I monitor my account diligently and knew that I had not authorized a transaction for that amount.  I concluded that it was for Revitol, so I went to the website to find out if there was another number that I could call.  Nope! I am working with my bank to dispute this transaction, but was told that it will have to clear first - still shows pending.

While searching for a number, I read on their 'customer care' page that they can pursue you for collection of charges, etc. but they do not provide any contact information on how to cancel the service.  How can you request a RMA to return an order if the number provided doesn't actually put you in touch with anyone?

I am prepared for battle! I would warn anyone thinking about ordering this product - Don't do it. Now, I have to take time to try and get this resolved, get my money back and monitor my account. Customer Service is non-existent.  This is a Ripoff - No question, no doubt! I used my debit card.  Not sure if there are protections for that, but if there are please let me know.
