Healthy Online Services Threatening Collections Scottsdale, Arizona
*Consumer Suggestion: File Complaint with Arizona Attorney General
I ordered a one time trial order of Acai Berry Breeze from this company using a gift card. Because they can't get any more money off that account, they are sending me a letter threatening to send this to collections and mess with my credit score if I don't pay them 133.95 for my monthly shipments.
I never recieved any more shipments and I didn't want any since I didn't like the product. What a scam and a ripoff and they should be stopped. Threaten my credit? What!

File Complaint with Arizona Attorney General

Hello. I also have received this $133.95 letter of theft. I will also be filing another report here but I have called my lawyer and he advised me to file a complaint with the Arizona State Attorney General. Their website address is: http://www.azag.gov/contact.html . I am also copying this rebuttal and pasting it on the rest of the complaints for this company so that if everyone complains to the Attorny General something may be done about them.
