Healthy Online Services Threatening collections on non-existant debt for Acai Berry Breeze trial from 9 months ago!! Scottsdale, Arizona

I'm glad I'm not alone in reporting Healthy Online Services as a scam threatening collections against me related to an online-trial of Acai Berry Breeze from June 2009.

After reading about other Acai Berry scams, I called and cancelled any future orders, sent back their trial bottle unopened, and cancelled the credit card I had used for payment.  I never heard another word until March 27, 2010,  when I received a letter from the above company saying I owe $133.95 in back charges.  And threatening me with collections if I did not pay up, or if they did not hear from me in 10 days.  I decided to research instead of react, and I'm glad I did.  There are many other people out here filing complaints against this company, so I'm joining them.  Isn't it interesting that we all owe the exact same $133.95!

I plan to write to the Attorney General's office in Arizona and also file a complaint with the BBB in Arizona as well.  It pays to be pro-active, and hopefully enough other people will complain that Healthy Online Services becomes non-existant.
