Healthy Online Services Scammed, Internet

I, too, was scammed by the offer of free samples for Acai Berry Breeze and Colon Cleanse.  After giving my debit card number to pay for the shipping, I didn't feel right about it, for there was no address or number provided on the link.  I then goodled the product online and read about numerous complaints which prompted me to call my bank and cancel the card....that very morning.  The charges for the shipping (total of $9.90) had already been applied to my account.  I received the bottles in the mail and didn't try to return them, for I knew it was a scam and didn't want to spend any of my time on it.  Now, 6 months later, I received a notice from Healthly Online Services (a name that wasn't even on the link from which I got the "free samples"!) regarding a risk free trial offer.  There was nothing about a risk free trial offer or any additional charges that would be applied!  Now the company is threatening me to pay a balance of $133.95 or they will send my information to a third party collection agency!  Part of me just wants to pay it to get them off my back, but a bigger part of me thinks it wouldn't be wise AT ALL!  Has anyone NOT paid the amount and been sent to collections?
