I recieved a letter for my husband who is now in Iraq.  The letter stated that he owed them $133.95 and that they had tried to use his credit card but it was declined.  The letter also stated that if he did not pay this amount it would be turned in to a 3rd party collection agency.

I called my bank and no charges were attempted or made, I informed my bank that this company does not have permission to take money out.  I cant cancel the card due to my husband using it in Iraq. 

I tried calling the company 3 differnt times and it started out me being the 20th caller and when it got to my turn it hung up on me.  I finally got ahold of someone and they stated that he didn;t return the bottle after 30 days back in june 09.  They had apparently sent him another bottle and he sent it back and they credited that bottle back.  So I asked why they didnt tell him he owed money at that point the lady couldnt tell me, I asked her if if could find the bottle and send it back if that would work she stated no, that it was past the 30days, I told her that didn;t make sense if he owed them for the first bottle why would they send him another,then credit back the money.  She then said she would work with me and waive the $50 collection fee if I would just pay the $89 for the product, I told her I wasn;t sending anything, and good luck trying to get it out of my husband in Iraq.  She stated our credit would be ruined, I told her good luck with that one too.
