(BBB has address as 43450 Mintwood St, Fremont, CA, 94538, but I've listed the address given as the return address on the package I finally received.)

This is the worst place we've ever done business and we do a lot of shopping online.

First our order for a 3-Pak of Frontline Plus for Cats was delivered to someone else in an entirely different state. After that, Healthypets kept telling us they'd shipped it again, but they apparently hadn't. They stopped responding to our emails, and we ended up having to call them more than once to finally get them to ship our order. We ended up receiving our Frontline (different packaging than shown/made in France) almost a month after placing the order. Details below:

On 9/20/03 we ordered a 3-Pak of Frontline Plus for Cats. Received Yahoo's order confirmation by email.

On 9/24 a charge by Healthypets appeared on our Visa card, but we got a phone call from Greg H. in Chicago saying he'd received our order (we live in New York and Greg said he hadn't ordered anything from Healthypets for a long time).

We emailed healthypets to let them know what happened. Got an email back apologizing and saying our order would ship that day.

Five days later (10/1) nothing had arrived. Sent another email to confirm that the order had shipped to the right address and asking what carrier and if there was a tracking number.

Got an email back saying it had been shipped USPS, no tracking, and delivery time was 4-7 days.

10/10 still no Frontline. It was beginning to look like we were being played.

Sent another email asking Healthypets to either refund our $$ or send the order again by a faster service, with a tracking number this time.

Waited 4 days. Got no email reply at all.

On 10/14 called Healthypets (800-889-####) and talked with Bob. He apologized and said our order would ship that day and he'd email us the tracking number.

Email with tracking number never arrived.

10/15 called Healthypets again to ask for the tracking number. Bob put us on hold for quite a while, then finally came back with the tracking info. He apparently had just put our order in an envelope because tracking showed it didn't leave Healthypets until later that day.

Finally received our Frontline on 10/16, almost a month after we'd ordered it.

We will never deal with this place again and advise other not to either.
