I have placed an order for at hello Gorgeous HAir extensions Website, i ordered 1 x 20'' HOMBRE Extensions, 220g, dark brown to light brown, 2/6under: FLASH SALE ! READY TO SHIP EXTENSTIONS !!! well i though that ment it was "ready to be shipped"

it has been about 8 weeks and NOTHING !!! when i track my order it still says "AWAITING FULLFILMENT"

I have emailed them several times and the never responded me, there is no phone number to contact them, i eve asked for a refund but there is never a response i am so frustrated !
