I ordered a "Super Deluxe" set of hair extensions June 27th. Payment cleared, which totaled over 300.00, including tax. The set that I ordered didn't qualify for "rush delivery", for whatever reason, but I didn't mind, because, reading "Production Time" on the company's website, I didn't mind waiting the approximate production time of 7+ weeks to produce. I realize the product is hand made, so I had no problem being patient. The problem came later, when I tried to make contact with the company. I received automated responses to my first email, citing something like "you can't rush perfection". I then sent a second email, August 16th,  to the owner, Shannon. She replied, telling me to refer back to "Production Time" on the website, and to address my further concerns to "orders" email, sending me a link. I then sent an email to link given, on same date, and received an answer, telling me how much I was going to love them, production time was running behind due to busy season, but they would be worth the wait. I sent a third email, August 28th, requesting approximate time I would be required to wait, as I feel I have been taken advantage of, my payment cleared months ago, I still dont know how long I needed to be "patient" for and I was prepared to file a complaint. I was simply told, in response, how super busy they continue to be and they will let me know when they ship. I bought them to grow out a botched haircut, but at this point, after having waited so long, it will have grown out by the time I get them. According to the website, I cannot cancel my order or be given a refund, which is what I really want. I bought them in good faith. They have not provided my product, a plausible excuse for the holdup or a reasonable answer to my question (when will I get them). I simply cannot believe I am expected to wait indefinately for a product I paid for almost 3 months ago, simply because they're "busy".

I received my product today, 10/22/2012.

 As promised, the product IS amazing and worth every penny spent. I probably won't order again, as I purchased them to grow out a bad haircut and they will suit this purpose.

 I wouldnt discourage anyone from ordering from them, IF they are aware that the timeframe on their website is misleading. Allow plenty of time (mine took 4 months to arrive).

The biggest frustration was not receiving responses to my inquiries..it made me feel as if I had been taken advantage of. Other than that, the quality is fantastic.
