Placed an order on 04/21/2011.  I contacted Shannon the owner several times with no response.  I finally filed a complaint with paypal who did side with me and refund my money.  However, Shannon did finally contact me assuring me that my order was on it's way and that once it was received I could then make payment.  I was given a tracking number which did show my order did go out.  However the order never arrived.  The package USPS claim was just left at my home without any kind of signature.  I spoke with the post office who advised since there is no signature they can't track the package beyond what the computer states which is that it was delivered.  I have a funny feeling nothing ever went out in the first place.  I contacted Shannon who was no help yet again.  She claimed it was sent and that since the extensions were so expensive another set could not be sent in replacement even though I offered to pay extra to have them sent via FedEx which would require a signature and not just leave my very expensive package in my mailbox.  I have been back to the post office countless times and spoken with everyone in the office as well as their 800# and no one can the "package".  At this point I'm at a total loss for words.  I ordered these so called amazing extensions which where not even close to being cheap and they never arrive.  If I had known that not only would it take over 2 months to even get a response on my order but I would be lied to and not even get my order in for first place I would have just gone with another vender.  I am seriously upset that a company can have such horrible customer service and still be in business.  I'm stuck trying to search for a phantom package that I have a feeling doesn't even really exists.  I'm so upset I really needed those extensions for an event coming up and I was also doing a review online about them for a few friends.  I guess my review isn't going to be so great after all of this trouble.

AMAZING!!

Ok, so after many emails and lots of tears I finally connected with Shannon.  I have to say she has been wonderful.  She and I both did all our research and looked for the package with my hair extensions with both our local post offices and both of us had the same hard time with the post office.  Shannon was great and sent me a whole new set via FedEx.  The hair is by far the most amazing hair I've ever seen.  I've tried many extensions and these by far are the best quality I've seen.  They are hand made with care and you can tell.  I will be going back to Hello Gorgeous when I buy my next set and I'll be going there for my daughters set as well.  I really was so impressed with the level of customer service and individual attention I received from Shannon.  She was completely understanding with my own personal issues and worked with me in every way possible.  Again all I can say is AMAZING!!

I just want to make this clear that this is only my opinion and my experience alone.  I am sure not everyone has these exact same issues.
