I went to Henderson Cheverolet and found a 2011 buick lacrosse cxs that i liked, i then ran into Brandon L. Richmond a sales person who proceded to help me out with my interest in the car.  I decided to get the car thinking those guys would be honest people, only to realize that they were crooks who sold me a 2010 buick locrosse cxs for $30,000 when the suggestied retail vaule was only $23,000. They jack  the price up so high after my $3000 cash payment, $3500 for my trade in and $2000 match i still ended up paying $28,474. These guys ripped me off and they now it, even after i confronted them they just acted like they didnt know how much the car was even worth and smiled.

Didnt Micheal Spurgeon attempted to take possession of a vehicle from a residence in Greenville. They say he was unable to take the vehicle, but  he did take several items from it, including a laptop, emergency services radio, and a firearm and this guy is your general manager. So more crooked you are higher position u get.

Unfortunatly you are slightly misinformed. They can sell a vehicle for whatever amount the market will bear. YOU rae confusing a SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE. The key word being SUGGESTED. Which means, its a guideline and NOT some written into stone price. Once you signed the contract, thats the price you get to pay. YOU have made an assumption that they make thier money off of the auto sale, thats as far from the truth as it gets. The extra money they get above any suggested retail price is thier profit. But Im a betting man, and Im betting that you think that YOU are the ONLY person who deserves to make a profit. Everyone else can go screw themselves just as long as YOU dont get screwed.

Quit whining, you DID NOT have to sign the contract. Since you DID, you are now held to the terms and conditions that you agreed to by law. Its AMERICA and they have a right to make a profit. You know LIFE,LIBERTY, and the pursuit of happiness. Any of that sounding familiar? Or do you think it ONLY applys to you?

Was it a 2010 or a 2011 Buick?

"and found a 2011 buick lacrosse cxs that i liked.."  " they were crooks who sold me a 2010 buick locrosse cxs.."

Did they really tell you it was a 2011 and sell you a 2010?  How, also did you sign the contract for the extra amount?

The contract YOU signed affirms you agree with its terms.
