I am a life long Chevy customer. I have bought 5 brand new trucks from the dealer,
the issue I have is that I drove 2 hours from needles Ca to las vegas to buy a truck from henderason chevy. I called ahead and was told its a great time to buy and they had the largest stock of trucks to choose from.
 I was assigned to Joe.
Let me tell you Joe is a very busy guy, and has many awards sitting around, and he assigned us to a salesman we are aquantances of and we began our hunt for our truck,
we had a small list of things we wanted, center console, bed liner, tow gears, and rear window.
we test drove a ruby crew Silverado 1500 it had it all we liked it, and decided on it,
 but it had a scratch about 8" long on the rear passenger bed...
 they said to me (now it is dark by then, we had been there a couple hours) we have a identical truck in the back lot....
so they bring it and we inspect in the show room, we notice several small scratches on the truck and that it did not have the bed liner in it.
they noted and promised to put one in and to fix the scratches..... We were tired and took it.
we left the show room drive to our other truck  a meer 6 parking spots away and talk for 5 min about the trucks cool features.... they locked us in the lot.
luckily we got let out by the cleaning crew, then drove 2 hours home, we parked the truck out front of our place and went to bed. we have a raised patio, and
we noticed several dents on the roof of the cab in the am from it. I did not want the truck at that point.
but we inform them and they say bring it in we will fix it, we come in they say you have to leave the truck for atleast a week to repair, would have been nice to know that ahead.
 so we let them drop the bed liner in (we later noticed was put in incorrectly, all crooked. and holes in wrong spots, and now has started to come apart)....
since we could not be without the truck, we get the bed liner and leave with our dented scratched 2015 chevy we just paid 40k+ for on another 2hr trip.
and we would came back when we could be without it....
When we get there to have it repaired they say ok we will fix the dents with paintless dent removal and the scratches, and do service while it was there.....
 I had also noticed by then the truck idles at 4500 and is rough as if it is missing, I have never had a truck do this not even the 2007 I bought previously,
 so I have them look at it as well.
 i called ahead to be sure it was ready a week and a half later, they say it was almost done they were painting (and we go the next day... mind you already alarmed at paint with promised paintless fix)
 i was told by a service guy on the phone the truck is learning my way of driving and idol will normal out (BTW Nothing has changed at 7200mi)
 they then inform me that they had to re-repair it(stripped to bare metal and bondo twice) and painted the lid.
 i was told they would easily fix it. i was never informed of bondo and painting, Twice. they inform me that another truck had these issues (dents)
in the lot, and tell me the jitter is normal again at the dealer in the service department.....And guess what? they did not do the service, they did not fix the scratches,
as far as the dents go i now had a badly painted top(orange peel & overspray) that has a ripple in it clearly visible'
AND it came back with a new dent in the passenger side bed!!! to make it worse the truck now WHISTLES when i have to go above 70mph to pass! this dose not make me feel very safe!
my truck runs like crap(idols funny and hesitates) (btw my dad and several buddies have Chevys, same type, they do not jitter)and has scratches on it, Dented, rippled roof with bondo and repaint that will fade fast where i live,
and it whissles at high speed....
 i tell them i think this truck is not right and am willing to upgrade to get a better fit for me.
 they could not just swap it, but they will give me 30k for it.....?!?!?! Why? Because THEY put bondo in it? i have had the truck less than a month out of the shop,
 it has less miles than some on the lot, and because i don't get a "trial period" on a truck they apparently changed everything on, they want me to donate
10K+ to get another one im not sure im going to like, but i was willing to give it another try as i have never had a issue before... My salesman Joe also gave me to a 6th day new salesman to handle my already complicated issue when he informed me of this.
I attempted to take it a step further to advanced customer service, where Gioni tells me i must regester it before they can help me.
 i had only Temporary reghestered as of then, as i still did not want the truck, he assures me he will be able to help. Joe said there is a 70% chance they will take the truck back if i did.
Now durring all this i have had to post pone my schedualed trip to mexico, funny i had thought i would be easily going in my new truck. Instead i was fuming looking at this truck. paying high interest on it.
I HAD to all the anxhiety from the stress raise my blood pressure....to deal with it, by this point i had gone to mexico.... So i leave to the DMV 6hrs away to regester it, and return to await there decision. Gioni calls me,
He says the truck had been repaired to standard by a dealer preffered shop, they had done all they needed to do. So i get keep this truck i do not feel safe driving, that i absolutly hate at this point.
I am now gathering my evidence for a lawyer, all i ever wanted was for Chevy to do one thing every consumable product manufacturer does, replace my faulty product or re-emburse me.
i feel the Henderson chevy that boasts so much on customer service let me down big time.....
 my small Colorado river chevy that was in needles ca did more for me than Henderson, in 2008 they gave me hats, chrome kit, i felt they apreciated me as a customer... sadly mine closed when they hit bottom and the country bailed them out.
 Needles never once asked me to complete a customer servy. Henderson asked me to give them a 5 star on all several times durring our dealings....
 And i got pushed into extended warrenty, got a high interest rate, i get to pay over 50K for this truck that has been stripped to bare metal bondoed and repainted twice, still looks bad and runs bad.
So i get keep this truck i do not feel safe driving, that i absolutly hate at this point, a cause of daily anxhiety. Feeling like they pulled a switch on me, as i did not test drive this truck! and tricked me into going and paying over 3k to register and pay taxes.

I am now gathering my evidence for a lawyer ( i hope i can afford at this point, and survive the stress) all i ever wanted was for Chevy to do one thing every consumable product manufacturer does, replace my faulty product or re-emburse me.

 You purchased a used vehicle. It is sold AS IS!! You can gather as much evidence as you like. THEY are protected by the used vehicle laws. The moment you drove it off the lot it was YOUR problem and THEY are not legally liable for ANYTHING that they do not wish to be.
