Herff Jones Generic Announcements Jacksonville, Florida

Herff Jones is just like the cable company or the electric company. They dominate their field. There is no competition. Like a previous poster, my son is not going to a main stream high school. However, he has worked very hard at graduating and has been accepted to college.

The announcements that have been provided to us from Herff Jones are very generic. I cant get anyone from customer service to speak with me. Why should they care? They got their money. I guess they believe customer service is done with now.

The problem is the announcements have a graduation date for another school which is considered our home school. An insert has the correct info on it. Thats comparable to sending out a Wedding Invitation for someone elses wedding and placing a piece of paper in the card saying Oh, by the way, disregard the card because I got married at a different place, FIVE DAYS AGO.

As you well know, graduation is expensive enough without having to repurchase items. Because there is nothing at all on these cards pertaining to my son, thats exactly what I had to do. There's no refunds provided. 

I have not received the cap and gown yet. I was told it would be coming in May. We shall see. I may have more to post after that date
