Please disregard realclient's statements against me claiming I'm a scammer as they are completely untrue. There is a known cyber bully and stalker in the online community who defames and harasses people. I have a great working relationship with Heritage Auctions and Todd Imhoff, the Executive Vice President. This online stalker realclient has made the same false statements against everyone who filed a ROR complaint against Heritage. He is clearly a cyber bully who's sole purpose is to make false claims against innocent people he does not know and never met.

Notice that Gary (the original author) projects his own flaws onto me. In my below posts, I have offered overwhelming evidence that Gary is a liar, fraud, fake, criminal, and lunatic. Gary has not specifically denied my claims; silence in the face of an accusation is evidence of guilt. Gary lamely attempts to shift attention from his own wrongdoing by posting a silly blanket disclaimer about me, for which he offers no evidence of any kind. Anyone with an IQ above 70 can determine that, via the evidence presented on this page and others on this website, Gary has no credibility whatsoever. Scroll down through Gary's sub-literate posts on this page to Heritage's update: "UPDATE Employee: This Former Customer is Under FBI Investigation for Fraud". Therein, you will find Gary's full name, city, and state. Via Googling, you can then find the Collectors Universe forum in which several consumers note that they have caught Gary perpetrating criminal fraud against Heritage, Ebay buyers, and others via schemes involving stolen photographs, false identities, and other deceptions.

I have a screenshot of said consumer comments, just in case they get deleted. Gary libeled Heritage on Ripoff Report's website and elsewhere because Heritage did not instantly pay him for his consignment of nearly worthless junk. Gary falsely assumed that because HE is a profoundly disturbed criminal, Heritage employees are as well and had every intention of cheating him out of his measly consignment. All auction companies take several weeks or even months before settling with clients. Gary is a silly wacko who belongs in the psychiatric ward of his state prison, not on the pages of Ripoff Report's website. Notice that Gary has not denied my claims; silence in the face of an accusation is evidence of guilt.

I thought I'd let you know that RealClient has recently served prison time for defrauding many companies including Heritage. He has a long history of being arrested for scams. Please ignore RealClient's comments as they are irrelavent. Thank you.

In his latest petty retort, Gary does not deny any of the negative claims made against him. That is because they are completely true! He merely wants to get in the last word, a symptom of his mental illness. As definitively proven by my below comments, and subliminally by his, Gary (aka multiple aliases) is a liar, thief, fake, fraud, and nutcase. He is responsible for many, if not most, of the few negative reviews about Heritage Auctions posted on this and other websites.

To follow are facts that prove that Gary, the original author, is also behind all of the other accounts which inexplicably defend him on this page. Gary is an obsessed lunatic who is compelled to always have the final comment. Whenever he did not respond under his "original author" account, he did so under an alias (e.g., Cst1 and Customer1.) Note that all of the comments which defend his position have identical grammatical mistakes and raise the same bogus issues. In my below posts, I offer additional proof that Gary is a liar, fake, fraud, felon, and nutcase.

Once again, Gary's most recent post does not deny any of my claims about his wrongdoing. He merely regressed into his youth for a schoolyard taunt. On this page alone, Gary used the following aliases:  RealCleintIsStupid, pppp, Cst1, jsome, Customer1, and Jon123. In every bogus post, he inexplicably defends the obviously corrupt original author (himself), makes identical grammatical errors, and makes the same faux points - facts which prove that he wrote all of the referenced comments. My friends and I have each spent millions with Heritage Auctions. We feel loyalty to them and do not want a crazy, lying thug like Gary to tarnish their good image with his libelous babble. My friends have literally been laughing out loud at my responses to Gary's dimwitted and self-incriminating retorts. The Ripoff Report is unintentionally entertaining us. With each additional post, RealClient continues to evidence he is mentally disturbed and in need of serious psychiatric help. RealClient won't admit he's a liar. Instead, he pretends to be a third party who inexplicably defends a proven liar and criminal. Gary seems to falsely believe that libeling an honest company is acceptable, as long as it occurred several months prior. 

Realclient seems to be harassing the author after he clearly said the problem has been resolved. What is your problem realclient? The guy said the problem has been resolved for over a year and you continue to harrass him? Get real!

I find it interesting that realclient posts the same thing in every complaint about Heritage. He says the complainer is trying to extort money, blah, blah, blah. The author of this report says the complaint has been resolved. So why is realclient continuing to harass this person? We'll never know for sure.

The truth is that realclient is mad at me because I got him suspended from the Collectors Universe Forum for breaking their zero tolerance policy. Realclient is forever banned from using CU's Forum. Too bad, you broke the rules.

Gary's immediate, enraged response (under yet another alias, jsome) to my post of today is yet more powerful evidence that he is both a liar and a mental patient. Notice that Gary did NOT deny my contention that other people have accused him (on Collectors Universe's message boards) of perpetrating and perpetuating criminal frauds and deceptions on Ebay and elsewhere. Once again, via his defamatory post he projected his own flaws onto to me. Judging by his surreal, illogical, and illiterate ramblings, it is he - not I - who is poorly educated, mentally disturbed, and unintelligent. Gary has maliciously and sanctimoniously libeled Heritage, an honest, hardworking company. There is no statute of limitations on exposing his commission of such a heinous act, contrary to what he naively and arrogantly seems to believe. I reiterate, nobody with an IQ above 70 would take seriously the obviously faux, sanctimonious, en masse accusations which he perpetually makes. 

 The real nut case here is real client. He needs to seek help immediately for his problems. Why would realclient continue to harass me after I've told this person that the issue I had with Heritage has been resolved for over a year? Realclient cannot understand that the matter with Heritage is closed. You are a total idiot, Realclient. I doubt you graduated high school.

With each additional post, Gary continues to definitively evidence that he is profoundly mentally ill. His extreme insecurity (a symptom of his sickness) is so severe that he reacts angrily, quickly, and obsessively to the slightest valid criticism. He projects his own flaws onto anyone who exposes him. Google his name and town as they are listed on the Heritage letter to the FBI, then read the posts about him on Collectors Universe's message boards. You will discover that Gary has a habit of defrauding people and creating aliases. The aforementioned facts suggest that Gary's complaints about Heritage have absolutely no credibility nor basis in fact. Of course, anyone with an IQ above 70 has already determined that. I hope that Gary will receive the psychiatric help that he so obviously requires. 

Chuck Fitch is a liar, thief, scammer, and will soon appear on America's Most Wanted TV show. Chuck Fitch never completed high school and is super dumb. He recorded himself impersonating the FBI and posted it on youtube. Now the FBI is after Chuck.

If Heritage is so terrible, why did the obviously unstable Gary S**** manufacture faux accounts in order to continue to deal with them? Apparently, said unbalanced person labels a business as dishonest merely because they do not drop everything to immediately service his exceedingly minuscule transactions to his precise, frivolous, unreasonable expectations.

My friends and I have literally transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in business with Heritage over the years, yet have NEVER experienced a problem, other than days-long delays, which ALL successful auctioneers unintentionally cause. It is ironic that Mr. S**** sanctimoniously accuses me of having "an IQ below 70". His substandard logic and grammar belie his implication of intellectual superiority. I reiterate, nobody with an IQ above 70 would take seriously the obvious suspect charges made against Heritage. 

I received a call from Heritage this past week and we have come to an agreement. So I consider this matter resolved.

Todd Imhof said he was going to return 5 coins worth $14000. I just found out today at Heritage has no intention of sending me the coins back or paying me $3600 for consigned coins sold on Nov 8, 2011. Beware of doing business with Heritage. They might just keep your consigned coins or sell them and not pay you. Heritage has reneged on their promise to return the coins. Heritage is attempting to defraud me out of about $18000. So think twice about consigning your valuables to Heritage. Heritage has also been accused of violating the RICO act in the past. Just do a google search to see the that they've been accused of having a fake computer bidder bid coin prices up.

I am the General Counsel for Heritage Auctions.

PLEASE TAKE DUE NOTICE:

Heritage is aware that you have systematically attempted to defraud Heritage since at least January of this year through your creation of bogus customer accounts using multiple ISPs. You have used these accounts to place internet bids in our auctions and on several occasions, using these accounts, you placed winning bids that were later dishonored. Heritage has been damaged by your actions. Heritage has expended countless hours investigating your activities and preventing the further placement of bids sourced to you under false names.

In October of this year, with the approval of the United States Attorneys office, the FBI opened a formal investigation into your activities which continues to this day.

Additionally, we are aware of your attempted defamation of Heritages good name and that you have issued complaints to some of Heritage's customers, the Better Business Bureau, the Professional Numismatists Guild and to other agencies and consumer protection reporting services. In cooperation with the FBI and at their request, we have refrained from responding to your allegations until now.

We received approval this week from the agent in charge of the case, Special Agent Clyde Ellis, Jr. of the Dallas FBI office, to notify you of the investigation and to respond to your activities.

DEMAND is hereby made on you to cease and desist from all contact and activities with Heritage including, but not limited to, all calls and emails to Heritage personnel, the creation and maintenance of accounts, the placement of bids, internet postings and any business or purported business with Heritage. Further DEMAND is made that you cease and desist from tendering any complaints regarding Heritage to any person or party and immediately withdraw all complaints that you have made or caused to be made against Heritage.

You are hereby notified that within twenty-four (24) hours of this letter, Heritage will cause a copy of this letter to be posted to or delivered to each service or agency to which you have issued a complaint.

This letter serves to conclude any further business transactions between you and Heritage. Heritage reserves all rights, remedies and causes of action that it has against you.

I received an email from Heritage that they agree to refund my money paid for coins not shipped. Once I receiven my consigned items back and $3600 payment for coins sold at consignment I will be satisfied.
