HERITAGE WARRANTY Ripoff stated a pre-EXSISTING CONDITION was not valid reason for blown engine repair LINCOLN Nebraska

First off I would like to say anyone who has been done wrong by herritage warranty and would liek to go into a class action lawsuit please contact me at I am doing this to futher the understanding that this company should be taken off the BB, and that this company should and will be taken to court for action regaurding any and all claims it has not made sastisfactory to anyone person or pserons relief..

Now to begin my story, I have a 1996 Pontica trans am Ws6, I have since had this car in the shop for approximatly 3 weeks to the day today, I have since tried to get settlement from heritage warranty and its apparent that they have refused to honor a claim saying that there was and I QUOTE " PRE-EXSISTING CONDITONS," why is it that I have read report after report on here and I have also filed a complaint with the BB that is still under investigation for sucj matters, I would like HERRITAGE WARRANTY COMPANY to know that they have made a mockery of fools out of each and everyone of us who have purchased their so CALLED WARRANTY, I call it a piece of Sh....., I dis agree with anyone who believes in this company, I have tried to conatc serval if not all leagl reps and advisors to this company, my next step is to take them to small claims court, and also get media attetion to futher action this calim, I believe that if you are going to pay 1,579 dollars for a warranty and to also pay installments each month that your warrranty company would be more than willing to stick to its agreement, and this SO CALLED "PRE-EXSISTING CONDITON" well I am sorry to say that HERITAGE you can bite me, Im on the way to court with your un willing as.... to get my case heard, so again I say to those in this situation PLEASE donot HESITATE to contact me so we can get a class action lawsuit going.. HERITAGE WARRANTY LOOK OUT, THATS EVIL AND VENDICTIVE, IF ONLY YOU KNEW WHAT YOU GOT YOURSELF INTO..

O, P.S. IF YOU HAPPEN TO OWN A WS6 PACKAGE N YOUR TRANS AM, MAKE SURE THAT THE INSPECTOR IS WEARING GLASSES CAUSE HE SURE IS BLIND.....
