on sunday 1/4/15 an hp agent would not give me info to correct my hp computer problem unless i agreed to pay $100.

i called microsoft and was given the relevent information and i was able to correct my internet problem.

this is the second time a hp agent has asked for money before they would give out help information.

i think hp should be aware of this.

i will not buy hp products in the future.
