Purchase a hdtv on black friday. None in stock at store. Was told it would be in Saturday. Receive phone message Saturday afternoon stating there was a mix up in shipping and would be in Monday. Received call Monday afternoon stating it had come in. Went to pick up on Tuesday. They have no t.v., that the t.v. company had shorted them. I believe they over sold since they had quite a number when I purchased it.

The operations manager wanted to sell me the next model up for an additional $250. Was sure when they would get the t.v. in that I purchased.
