HID Nation Rip off company! fontana, California

Dont be fooled by the nice website.  I ordered an HID kit and when it arrived, to my surprise, I light bulb was broken.   I called the company numerous time with no answer.  When i finally got an answer "Mike" told me he would replace the bulb, but I had to pay for shipping again.  I thought to myself, why the heck would i pay for shipping on an item that was sent to me which was broken?  Mike said he could not waive the fee and that was my only option of keep my broken bulb.  I asked to speak with Mike supervisor or someone higher than him , and he said he was only person there.  He then changed his story and said he was the manager.  I asked to speak with the person he reports to and he told me he doesnt report to anyone.  I asked if he was the owner of the company which he replied no.   I told him, if he doesnt own the company he reports to someone and that i wished to speak with that person.  He refused and hung up on me.   

Horrible customer service!!!
