HID Nation Total rip off... Good looking webshop, cheapest products and most horrible cu service Internet

If you deceide to buy a HID kit don't buy it from HID Natio. When I ordered mine I understod under slim digital ballast if you don't have a lot of space around the headlights. I had a lot of space and figured regular ballast is enough. Installed everything and I have to say I'm a certified car mechanic the light flickert when the car was running. I called the hotline and tried 8 times to get tech support no one picked ever up, I tried one time for sales and somebody picked right. Kind of funny youre not reachable for problems but to sell something. Anyway he explained I need a digital ballast it will take care of the problem, why don't they just tell you that when you purchase the kit. I ordered the ballast put em in and everything worked fine for a month and a ballast went out. Same thing again i sent 3 emails nobody answered. Tried to call tech support nobody picks up one time sales someone is on the phone. Explained him everything and he told me to send in my brocken ballast first then i get a new one. Ok that's not how normaly warranty handling works. Plus all the time I'm driving around with one headlight and risk a ticket. Did all that got new set of ballasts wich were different than the ones i got first. Put it in and everything worked fine two weeks later i notice one headlight doesn't light up as strong and i checked the headlight. The bulb worked its way back and burned my new clear headlight housing. This time they answeres my email right away and told me the would not replace the bulb or my damaged housing since it's faulty installation. I can proof that the adapter they provide is the problem not me installing it. Guess I' m stuck with a cheap damaged product.
