My husband ordered 2 AirSoft guns off HobbyTron.com The first gun came and had parts missing. The second gun came a day later and not even a week later the cocking mechanism had broken off. We tried to send them back for replacements and they denied it. The ticket said it would take 1-2 business days to hear something back. 2 weeks later they finally sent us an e-mail saying they would not replace it. This place is a joke! They sell cheaper guns but then charge more for shipping than the price of the items you buy! Don't waste your time or money with this place, they just want to take your money and give you a toy worth $1 if that and when it breaks they won't give you a refund or replace it. I'll never buy anything from here again!
