Hobbytron.com they would not fix a buggy that was half broken that i did not see till it broke completly San Fernando Internet

i bought a buggy from hobbytron.com and when i got it i put the batteries in and did what the instructions said to do,then i started it and was driving it on the road when the wheel broke and it fliped breaking a bunch of stuff on the buggy. i have called and even sent e-mail's and they wont fix it. i even sent it back when the buggy was under warrenty, but all they say is its my fault and its not.

now its been more then a week when i sent the last email asking if i can even get it back and they wont tell me if they will.the whole prosses has lasted more then two months and now i cant even call them,i try but nobody will answer,i wate a long time before i hang up.
