I bought a Christmas sweater Novemver 12th for over 60 dollars. I still have not received it. Today is Dec 6th. I tried to cancel several times and they told me that I cannot:

"Sorry for the inconvenience but I cannot cancel your order since it is now in production. Please know that your orders are immediately sent out to production right after you checkout. Rest assured that we are currently working double time sending out batches of orders including yours and we are hoping that you may received it within this week."

That was over a week ago. I contacted them yesterday and they replied:

"We're finally shipping! All three of our factories are now back up and fully functional.We are ready started shipping out orders today. We are expected to complete all pending orders within this week or early next week. You will receive an email with shipping information soon. An ETA will be provided as soon as your package is already with USPS."

WHAT KIND OF GENERAL RESPONSE IS THIS? EARLY NEXT WEEK? TODAY IS SUNDAY. DOES THAT MEAN NEXT MONDAY? THE 14th-16th OF DECEMBER? THAT IS WHEN IT SHIPS??? IF I GET THIS SWEATER BY CHRISTMAS I WILL BE SURPRISED!

 I had the same experience about not being able to cancel after them shipping late. I didn't get my sweater until after the holidays, so I hung it in the closet for this year. Now I realize it's the complete wrong size. It's unwearable it's so big. Now they won't exchange it because it's been over 60 days (it took them over 60 days to ship it to me!)

30 days later, still no sweater

I ordered my $74 holiday sweater on 11/9/2015. It is now 12/8/2015 and all I have from Holiday Fury is a lengthy string of runaround BS emails regarding factories shutting down, then reopening, then another shut down and they "sent in a team of experts to fix the issues". Now 3 straight weeks of them promising me that the sweater "will ship by the end of the week or early next week"

They even went so far as to recently tell me they have stopped selling new items so they could focus on outstanding orders, and then 10 minutes later I received an automated email from them with a "Flash Sale" coupon. Apparently they are taking as many orders as they can. I am filing my chargeback now through paypal and I suggest everybody else does the same before the time limitation on that is up. I wonder if anybody anywhere has actually received their items they paid for?

Please see my attached screenshot of the email they most recently sent me.

"This was least expected especially since its the holiday rush and we're receiving volumes of orders."

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? IT IS THE HOLIDAYS. YOU SELL HOLIDAY SWEATERS. HOW DO YOU NOT ANTICIPATE AN INCREASE IN ORDERS AND BUSINESS???

I am in the same exact sitiuation.  I ordered a sweater on 11/20 and have not received any information or movement on the order.  I have emailed Holiday Fury without a reply.  My next course of action will be filing a dispute with Paypal.
