Home Advisor Misleading Salesman, False leads. imaginary leads, manufactured leads at a high cost! Internet

 4 months ago I got a call from a representative from Home Advisor promising me 5-7 leads per month and that these leads were screened for people actually looking for my services.

During the first month I had 3 calls, only one actually looking for my services, others just information (which I gave but got charged for the lead). A couple of the leads when I called them back they seemed surprised because they did not call for service, only reference, got charged for those too.

To sum it up, out of the mere 5 leads I got from them in 4 months only one was a true, viable lead. 2 were just looking for information and the other 2 I believe were staged  for Home Advisors benefit. You pay a monthly fee plus per lead so I actually paid out more money than I made from their services.

Thier customer service is not helpful and actually tried to say that if I paid even more money I would get more leads and I said," What, more blind leads that go nowhere?" I asked for some type of compensation for their misleading advertising and lack of production to no avail. Avoid this company like the plague!!
