Home Advisor aka Service Magic Charges for Bogus Leads Birmingham AL

WILL NOT REFER TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!

This is, BY FAR, the worst company I have EVER been associated with!!! 

A Representative contacted me back in January of this year promoting your Company and asked me to join, that I would start getting referred and start making a lot of money.  BY MISTAKE, THIS WAS A SCAM FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!!!!

I signed up as, Langley Heating and Cooling, LLC, paid the initial fee and was NEVER told I would be charged for every referral, every text, every call, etc.  My credit was charged several times, in the total amount of $1,641.53 over the past several months.  I disputed the charges, card was refunded.  Then your company, if that is what you can call it, sent charges to a Collection Agency, which I paid in full yesterday and have attached the receipt below.  NOW, that same credit card has been charged AGAIN, FOUR charges since June 3!!!  I have contacted Capital One and they will be processing disputes again for all the charges.  THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS!! I am posting what a terrible company you are on ALL media websites and the BBB.

I have called HA SEVERAL times over the past few months to get this resolved and a list of all the charges applied and was told each and every time I would be receiving an email but, of course, NEVER rec’d anything.  There is NO documentation, no signed agreement to back this up, was NEVER told about all the additional charges and when asked I could never get any answer.   

ALSO, the referrals were a bunch of crap!!!!!  People just calling to be calling, would be way out of my area, just wanted general info, or had already found someone else before I EVER rec’d the call from you!!!!!!!! 

Please refund entire amount and clear my credit of this IMMEDIATELY.  SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!
