Home Relief Services - Christopher Diener they stole my loan modification money. $2400.00 Irvine California

I was also defrauded by Christopher Diener, d.b.a. "Home Relief Services" to the tune of $2250. These are the steps I followed, and it appears that my money will be returned to me by the State of California: 1) I filed suit in Small Claims Court, 2) Terrence Green actually showed up after Home Relief Services was served with notice of the impending hearing (the notice was served on the individual listed by the State Attorney General as the "one authorized to receive service"), 3) I won in small claims and a judgment was rendered in MY FAVOR (this is important!), 4) I then filed a complaint against Diener with the California State Bar Assn, 5) I was directed by this agency to ALSO apply for return of my money through the "Client Security Fund"--which I did. This fund is maintained by the State Bar Assn expressly to compensate those that have been victimized by attorneys licensed to practice in the State. I have been advised that it can take up to 6 months to be paid, because the claims are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Hope this helps.

I saw this person from NY's report that he got taken for his Loan Mod money. I just want to let you know I saw on the news that they have been arrested by the Orange County District Attorney and that he should file a complaint for retribution with the following:

Orange County District Attorney - Tony Rackauckas
Assistant chief trial counsel of the California State Bar - Alan Gordon
Attorney General - Jerry Brown

Hopefully he will be able to get his money back.
