I unfortunately made the mistake of procuring the Home Relief Services in November of 2008 while watching CNN. I had reasonable expectations to trust that CNN would advertise a program of such magnitude to be credible. Unfortunately Home Relief aka Diener Law Office not only failed to perform in their contract, but are practicing law in NH without a NH license as well as other states. Christopher Diener not only owes all of his clients refunds, but as an LLC he must have insurance which would have to address those clients when a lawyer commits a fraud. Where is the Attorney General in this matter? I will send my full packet to include all documentation, electronic responses & faxes to the CA AG & the NH AGs offices. By the way; Diener Law Offices could sell our identities as they have ALL of our personal data. Valerie of NH

Unfortunately, the companies are understanding that loan mods are not working anymore, i went through the same thing with the arase law firm, and because alot has changed with the banks, mods do not work.
so i am trying out something better, at the very least they are stopping my foreclosure indefinitely.
then we will renegotiate based on my terms.

We are also in the same boat as you are. We have also reported them to the places you mentioned. We are also checking our credit often because like you said they could sell or use all of our information for other matters. After all, these people are dishonest and ripped off many hard working innocent people. They deserve to be locked up for a long time! I hope the people that worked for them (that are innocent) will step up and help those that were ripped off.
