Home Warranty of America has recently denied my claim for a sewer repair. The cost? $4882.00. They called back and offered me $500.00.

By an insurance adjuster, I know this covered.

There si currently a class action law suit filed against the company for routinely dening claims that are covered.

The complaint is filed in Cook County, case 06CH28361. (Youc an pull up the case on the Circuit Clerks web site) This is a class action law suit and anyone can join that has a denied claim that should have been paid.
