Homeannex.com cowards and no customer service. No receipts, cancelled orders, reinstated orders without notice Ripoff Internet

This company took my order, took money and then

Sent no receipts on any transaction.

Cancelled part of my order - on their own - but kept the money.

After I complained, they reinstated the order with no notice to me. I learned this more than a week later after I had been trying to reach them repeatedly.

When they learn that there is a problem, their customer service consists of circling you around in their phone system, picking up and putting you on repeated hold, then mysteriously disconnecting you.

They won't even talk to you to try to fix the problems.
