Homeannex.com ripped me off, ordered and paid four weeks ago, phone calls and emails haven't been answered, bad customer service Internet

On November 25, I ordered and paid for several handle pulls. Although I have frequently checked my "order status" on their website, there has been no update.

After three weeks of waiting and writing emails that have gone unanswered (using their contact page)I called the phone number on their website. Waiting on hold for more than 12 minutes, someone tells me that my order is to ship out sometime in the middle or end of the week of December 19th.

I just checked my order status again and there is no update or information regarding anything being shipped.

This company has taken my money and not produced any product for a month. The product ordered is not custom or hand made. HomeAnnex is not concerned about taking care of their customers nor getting shipments out in a timely manner. They do not answer any emails other than just an automatic response that they received the email and someone will be contacting me within 48 hours. NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME.
