We had our home refinanced almost a year and a half ago, we were put with HomEq out of sacramento Ca, our loan never gets lower and they will never give you a payoff we have tried to get refinanced out of this company but we have since filed a bankruptcy they will not send our reafirmation papers,you get the run a round all the time. Letting the home go is no option but something must be going on with this company. Any info or advise would greatly help
